Basic Copper Fabrication for Artists

Mike Dumas Copper Designs is now offering classes in copper work.

This one day class will cover basic copper working techniques for the Artist.

We will cover:

• Cutting copper
• Forming copper
• Texturing copper
• Joining copper
• Patinas for copper

As we proceed through each topic you will be building a copper light sconce of your own applying what you learn as we go.

Classes are taught in our Ivins Utah shop.
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Ivins is nestled at the mouth of Snow Canyon State Park, a beautiful hiking and camping area, and a short drive from 3 National Parks: Zion, Bryce, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

COST:

$295 per class, includes all materials and supplies. We will provide lunch.

It is the responsibility of the student to get their own lodging and transportation.

If you are not able to attend your reserved class, we will reschedule a time that is convenient to both parties.

A 5 day notice of cancellation is required prior to class time to reschedule another class time.

Failure to coordinate with us to reschedule a class within 90 days will result in forfeiture of the entire fee.
