Thanksgiving marks the beginning of a season of reflection and anticipation. Mike\u2019s copper has contributed to these processes in several sacred spaces through the years- beginning with our home.<\/p>\n

Symbols and statues are common elements that belong in a wall niche to help keep us focused. Special mementos can be placed in them for remembrance. Ours<\/a> signifies our faith and hope.<\/p>\n

Mike made this copper relief<\/a> for me one Christmas and the cross above it is another gift. They watch over my table- the place I most love to gather with my family.<\/p>\n

A friend commissioned this amazing cross to remember her late husband, and Mike made a copper baptismal font to continue the rustic theme.<\/p>\n

When the congregation of a small church in Page, AZ. decided to expand, they commissioned a copper water feature to symbolize renewal in the desert.<\/p>\n

The sculpture begins in the entryway of the building and continues its presence, with a representation of water flowing to the courtyard where these towers of copper send water flowing softly.<\/p>\n

Copper lends itself to the uniqueness of sacred spaces because it is ancient, everlasting, and warming to the soul.<\/p>\n
