Casey's Chair<\/p><\/div>\n

Thirty-three years ago Mike made this little wooden rocking chair for our oldest son Casey on his first birthday. You have never seen a little boy so happy to receive a gift, nor a Dad so happy to give one.<\/p>\n

Stacks of books kept Casey happy for hours on this little chair, and it rocked him contentedly as he watched Sesame Street and waited for his Dad to get home.<\/p>\n

In a couple of days we will welcome our first grandson into the world, and I know a proud grandpa will be shaping, sanding, and staining again for a little boy’s delight.<\/p>\n
