Rosemary is for remembering, and yesterday was one of those days. We celebrated our son’s 29th birthday, and I spent most of the day going through photos . . . and remembering.
He’s the kind of man that cherishes love, respects his elders, and stands up for his principles. He’s a quiet man, and true to his nature, the wheels are always turning. He knows how to make me laugh and there have been times in my life when I just couldn’t have made it through the struggles without that.
Remembering helps me put things into perspective; the stuff that stays and the stuff that really didn’t matter. It’s kind of a blur when it’s all happening, but taking time to remember is as renewing as the Spring. It’s that deep breath that makes moving forward possible.
What makes you pause to focus on your priorities?
