Recycled Copper Mirror

Copper and Glass and the Perpetual Remodel

It’s so hard to decide what to use. Should the sink be glass or copper? The half bath is small, and it gets constant use, so do we choose a glass sink, and wow the space, or copper and warm it up? Both are unique and have their own bit of character.

We could use a glass sink on a copper pedestal; making good use of copper’s antimicrobial properties and warm up the room with the rich color combination.

Or we could use the copper sink, and set it on a wood pedestal- still benefitting from the germ fighting copper, but creating a more rustic look in the room. We have these sinks in our studio, and we just can’t decide. Maybe we could make a small glass pendant light to hang above the mirror.

Oh, the mirror!! How will we choose?

This has gone on for a couple of years now. We agree on one or the other, then one of us has a new idea, and we start all over.

I really hope we can get this project started soon, or it will never be finished, and the poor little room is wearing out with each indecisive year. Which one would you choose? Please leave a comment below and let us know.

And then there is the kitchen . . . almost done now. We can’t wait to show it to you soon.
